Erenköy Kız Lisesi ve İstanbul Üniversitesi Coğrafya lisans 1985 mezunudur. Çeşitli iş kollarında çalıştıktan sonra 1993 yılında öğretmenliğe başlamıştır. Önce devlet okullarında daha sonra özel sektörde çalışmıştır. Coğrafya öğretmenliğinden 2018 yılında emekli olmuştur. 2001 yılından bu yana Türk Coğrafya Kurumu Yönetim kadrolarında görev almıştır. Bir çok çalıştay, seminer, kongre ve bilimsel toplantılarda katkı sağlamıştır. 2005 Coğrafya dersi müfredat programları hazırlanmasında Türk Coğrafya Kurumu üyesi olarak görev almıştır. Bugüne kadar gördüğü 71 ülke ile ilgili çeşitli ulusal ve uluslararası popüler coğrafya dergilerinde gezi yazıları yazmış ve fotoğraf sergilerine katılmıştır. Discovery Ansiklopedik Atlas yazarlarından biridir.

She is a graduate of Erenköy Girls High School. He graduated from Istanbul University with a bachelor's degree in geography in 1985. After working in various business lines, she started teaching in 1993. He worked first in public schools and later in the private sector. He retired from teaching geography in 2018. Since 2001, he has taken part in the management staff of the Turkish Geography Institute. He has contributed to many workshops, seminars, congresses and scientific meetings. He took part as a member of the Turkish Geography Institute in the preparation of the 2005 Geography course curriculum. He has written travel articles in various national and international popular geography magazines about 71 countries he has seen so far and has participated in photography exhibitions. He is one of the authors of Discovery Encyclopedic Atlas.
